INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMME

  • Beginners, Intermediates and Advanced Players.

  • Offered based on appointment.

  • 1 hour sessions

  • Monday to Saturday – 6-8 a.m. and 5-8 p.m. (Special sessions may be arranged for other times during the day)

 

GROUP PROGRAMME

  • 1 hour sessions

  • Requires 2-4 persons

  • Monday to Saturday – 6-8 a.m. and 5-8 p.m.

 

CARDIO TENNIS PROGRAMME

The major benefits of cardio tennis:

  1. Participants consistently elevate their heart rates into their aerobic training zone.

  2. You can burn more calories than singles or doubles tennis.

  3. You get short cycles of high intensity workout and periods of rest……almost like interval training.

  4. It is a fun, group activity where players of all abilities enjoy tennis together.

  5. Playing tennis while the primary focus is on getting a great workout.

  • Group sessions are offered two (2) days per week

Mondays & Wednesdays OR Tuesdays & Thursdays

6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. OR  7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

  • Group size of Eight (8) or more participants per session

  • Loaner racket provided where necessary
